Blueberry Enriched Diet Study
Muscle repair following injury is important for overall muscle and human health, however the repair process is impaired in older adults, which effects age-related muscle deterioration. Therapies that improve the repair process are necessary, but largely unknown. We are testing the effect of a Blueberry Enriched Diet (BED) on skeletal muscle cell characteristics.
